Polibatam Logistik (PBLog)
A web-based learning platform that adapts CEISA 4.0 import workflow (BC 2.0) to solve limited student access and support practical customs process training.

Overview
PBLog (Polibatam Logistik) is a web-based platform that adapts the business process of CEISA 4.0, Indonesia's government customs system. The project was initiated to address a key learning challenge: students in the International Trade Logistics program have limited direct access to the official CEISA platform.
By providing a simulation-oriented environment, PBLog helps students understand operational customs workflows before entering real industry environments.
Current Scope
At the current stage, PBLog focuses on adapting one specific CEISA process: import document recording for BC 2.0. This focused scope allows deeper learning quality and clearer implementation for classroom use.
Key Contributions
- Built a Laravel-based web application that mirrors the BC 2.0 import recording flow in a student-friendly format.
- Designed guided process steps so students can practice customs procedures with clearer context and lower entry barriers.
- Structured the platform as an educational bridge between theoretical coursework and real customs documentation practices.
Project Leadership and Team
- Project Manager: Metta Santiputri, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D.
- Team Members: Bayu Maulana, Rahel Simanjuntak, Akbar Hafiz, Ibnu Hanif Salsabila, Yocelyn Theona Setiawan.
Technical Notes
PBLog is designed to stay close to real customs process logic while remaining approachable for academic learning. The architecture prioritizes clarity, traceability, and maintainability so the platform can be extended to additional CEISA process modules in future iterations.
